We're hiring our first dedicated PM. Until now, our CTO and CEO have split product responsibilities — we've shipped a lot, but we need someone who can own the roadmap end-to-end and talk directly with teachers every week. You'll be responsible for our core platform (teacher dashboard + student-facing learning modules). You'll run discovery, write specs, prioritize with engineering, and own outcomes — not just outputs. Our eng team is strong and opinionated; they'll push back on vague specs, which is a feature not a bug. We ship every Friday. You'll be in standups, but we're async-first — no meeting culture. Expect to spend 30% of your time talking to teachers and principals.
- 3+ years in product at a B2B SaaS company - Can write a crisp 1-page spec that engineers actually read - Comfortable with data — SQL basics, can pull your own cohort analysis in Metabase - Experience with education tech or tools used by non-technical users is a big plus - You ship things, not decks
