How we protect your data and your candidates' information
All data transmission between your browser and our servers is secured with industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. This ensures that sensitive information — including candidate resume links, contact details, and application answers — cannot be intercepted in transit.
ApplyHere is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Candidates have full control over their personal data. As an employer, you own and control the application data for your job postings and are responsible for processing it in accordance with applicable law.
Application data is stored on enterprise-grade infrastructure (Supabase) with access controls and regular automated backups. Your applicants' data is scoped to your account — other employers cannot access your candidates' information. Row-level security policies enforce strict data isolation.
Passwords are hashed securely and never stored in plain text. We use Supabase Auth with secure cookie-based sessions. All sessions are invalidated on logout. Rate limiting is applied to authentication endpoints to prevent brute-force attacks.
All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full card number or CVV on our servers. Payment data never touches our infrastructure.
